FSK Group Expands Presence in the Russian Glass Market with Acquisition of NSG Group’s Pilkington Glass Russia, STiS Group, and other assets

FSK Group of Companies announces completion of the acquisition of NSG Group assets in Russia, including the Pilkington Glass Russia plant and STiS Group of companies. The details of the acquisition have not been disclosed.

Pilkington Glass Russia operates a glass plant in Ramenskoye, Moscow Region, with a nominal production capacity of 800 tons of glass per day. STiS Group has eight production facilities for manufacturing insulated glass units and specialized glass products located in Serpukhov, Vladimir, Saratov, Nizhnekamsk, Krasnodar, Stavropol, Voronezh, and St. Petersburg.

With this acquisition, FSK Group significantly expands its assets in the glass industry. In 2022, the company became owner of two glass plants previously owned by Guardian Industries, which now operate under the new brand name Larta Glass. FSK Group will now have three flat glass production plants and eight glass processing plants in its portfolio. The Pilkington Glass plant will operate under the Larta Glass brand, while STiS Group will continue to further its development in the insulated glass unit market under its current brand.
